[ Eyeglasses maintenance ]
When putting on or taking off glasses, please grasp the temples with both hands and remove them with the front facing outwards. Wearing or taking off glasses with one hand can easily cause deformation or loosening.
When not in use, wrap it with a lens cloth, place the lens upward in a dedicated bag, and be careful to prevent the lens and frame from being scratched by hard objects.
3. If the frame or lens is stained with dust, sweat, oil, cosmetics, etc., please clean it with warm water containing a neutral detergent, and then blot it dry with a soft cloth.
4. It is prohibited to expose it to water for extended periods, immerse it in water, or place it in a fixed location under direct sunlight; it is also prohibited to leave it near electrical currents or metal edges for long periods.
5. If the glasses frame is distorted or sagging, it may affect the clarity of the lenses when used again. Please promptly visit the sales store for a free adjustment.


[ Frame repair ]
Send the repair parts back to the customer service department. For man-made damage, repair is provided with compensation (refer to the relevant standards in the "Repair Parts Charging Table"). For quality issues, repair is provided free of charge. The repair cycle is 7 working days.
